Our Week in Pictures
This week we pulled our sleeves up and were elbow-deep in spring learning activities! Puddles, mud, storms, rain, and clouds were topics we covered in this theme.
This was the poem chart we learned this week.
The children painted with mud at the easel!
We also made mud pies. We learned that
Dirt + Water = MUD
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!
Our Week in Pictures
This week we have been learning about birds. The children have seemed very interested in this topic and have started pointing out birds outside and recognizing different birds chirping.
We went on a Storybook Nature Walk with the book "Feathers for Lunch" by Lois Ehlert. Here is what we found...
Geraniums
Lilac Bush
A bird nest HIGH up in the trees!
Bird Art Activity
Counting with Beads
We made a salad with dirt and weeds!
"Light as a Feather" Science Experiment
Here are the results!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Welcome To our Pre-Kinder Garden Blog!

I have created this blog to share pictures of our learning experiences in pre-kindergarten! Sharing our learning experiences with you allows you to peek into your child's life at school and see them in action. You can also share this site with grandparents and family members so they can see all the exciting things going on in your child's classroom too! Please check back frequently for updates!
